By accessing or using co|op ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. co|op provides AI data-loss-prevention software for businesses.
co|op is a browser-based data protection tool that detects sensitive information — such as personal identifiers, financial data, and credentials — before it is submitted to third-party AI tools. The Service includes a browser extension, a management dashboard, and related features.
Each organization receives a unique license key that gates access to its dashboard and scopes its data. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential and for all activity under your account. Employee keys may be distributed to your team members for the sole purpose of using the Service within your organization.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the software, resell access without authorization, or use the Service to violate any law. co|op reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Free pilots are provided at our discretion and may be time-limited. Prices are subject to change with notice.
co|op is designed so that sensitive text detected by the extension never leaves your browser. We store only metadata about incidents. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it is handled.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. co|op is a risk-reduction tool and does not guarantee that all sensitive data will be detected. You remain responsible for your organization's compliance obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, co|op shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
