Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
By using co|op Agent you agree to these terms. They are plain on purpose.
The service
co|op Agent is an early-stage AI assistant you use through Telegram. It can draft emails, manage simple spreadsheets, notes and text files, read a connected calendar, and propose small code changes. It is provided on an invite basis and may change, pause or stop at any time.
You stay in control
- The assistant shows you what it will do and waits for your yes before it changes anything.
- You are responsible for what you approve — including drafts you send yourself, files you keep, and code you merge.
- AI can make mistakes. Please review its work before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the assistant to break the law, harm others, send spam, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with the service. Do not paste passwords or secret keys into the chat. We may limit or end access for misuse.
Connected accounts
You can connect Google and GitHub accounts you own or are allowed to use. You can disconnect any time (send /disconnect). How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fair-use limits
To keep the service reliable we may apply daily limits to certain features, such as AI-written code changes.
No warranty and limits of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the update. Questions: cooptech126@gmail.com.
